USUI REIKI Level one - shoden

Traditional Reiki foundation course.

Level one Reiki focuses on the history, foundational pillars, precepts, self care methods for a Reiki lifestyle and can also be shared with friends, family and pets.

USUI REIKI LEVEL TWO okuden - PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATE

In-person course at our New Ferry Studio. We will work with 3 Reiki symbols, practice giving and receiving Reiki.

This course will:

Recap foundational concepts
Attunement to Level two Reiki
Bond with 3 symbols - power, emotional and distance healing.
Practice client healing methods
Reiki business and Reiki lifestyle concepts.

USUI Reiki master shinpiden / teacher - Level 3

In-person course at our New Ferry studio - suitable for those who have developed their Reiki practice (minimum of 1 year).
Reiki level 1 and 2 recap
Usui Master Symbol
Attunement and meditation
How to give attunements.
Personal development - working with crystals, group shares and guides.
Kotodama (word spirit chanting).
Reiki energy connection techniques
Practical: give & receive a treatment with the master symbol

case studies - homework

All iphm courses require 2 case studies to complete the accredited certificate.
All Reiki attunements will initiate a 21 day cleanse process. You are required to do daily self healing and keep a journal. A summary of the journal entries plus 2 case studies are to be submitted for each level.
IAOTH accredited courses require a short test at the end fo the course.
Anchorhaven only certified course require observation, verbal interview and journal entries (if applicable).

about Julia - Reiki Master Teacher

I started my Reiki journey in 2004 whilst I was travelling and began with Usui reiki training whilst living abroad.

Tip: Establishing a Reiki lifestyle is key to advancing on your Reiki journey.

"Reiki is a daily commitment to self care and personal development. I start and end the day with a short Reiki practice. This helps to bring my body into balance. Grounding and healing is a foundation of Reiki level one and even at Reiki Master Teacher level it is these key precepts and principles that we call on daily."

Over the years, I have developed my Reiki practice by adding in extra modalities and empowerments. From all of the additional training I have received, there are a few methods that stand out and I use them often.

1. Usui Reiki - the foundation and starting point for my journey.

2. Violet Flame Reiki - this powerful system of Transmutation and Transformation as deepened my appreciation of working with Reiki guides and Sacred symbols.

3. Chakra Empowerments - for me this was an introduction to quantum energy healing and I still runs these empowerments daily.

4. Ethereal Crystal Healing - realizing that we are crystalline beings and that we could attune to crystal frequency was a big factor in my crystal journey.

There are many different styles of Reiki training that I call on and some are short empowerments that can be added to your therapies. I will share them with my students as we progress.
