Return and Refund Policy

Refund is only eligible on classes, workshops and retreats days if we are contacted before 48 hours of the event starting.

No refund if cancelling within 48 hours of the event.

No refund on personal therapies, one reschedule allowed.

Monthly Access Pass and Healing Cycle Passes are non-refundable. Please use the pass. The pass starts from the date of first use/attendance.

Product Returns in our crystal gift shop - Please note we do not refund items unless they are defective, we will do our best to replace the item.
