Anchorhaven Laughter Yoga Club meets in-person or online several times a month.
Each session we will have fun practicing, different movements, breathing techniques and laughter exercises.
We will bring Joy and Playfulness into our lives to help release stress and worry.

6.45 pm arrival for a 7 pm start.
