what is reiki?

Reiki is a energy healing technique. The practitioner is attuned to a higher vibrational universal life force energy. They become an open channel and direct the energy into the clients body to start a healing process.

who can learn reiki?

Anyone can learn Reiki. Most people are born with healing hands but over time the ability diminishes and they lose confidence in their natural healing abilities.

Reiki level one can be taught to adults and children.

At anchorhaven we teach Colour Reiki to children as this modality is the easiest and most effective for young people to channel.

i want to learn reiki just for me, is that ok?

Yes, Reiki level one is for self care.

This foundational course is perfect to introduce you to energy healing and developing your spiritual practices.

You can also share it with pets, friends and family.

Reiki one is not a professional therapist level. You need to proceed to Reiki level two.

ive not used reiki in a long time, has it gone?

No. Your vibration is still attuned to the frequency of Reiki.

You will activate it with intention and daily practice.

Return to Gassho meditation, inner reflection and your Reiki precepts.

i would like to do reiki two, but i studied with a different reiki master, is that ok?

Yes. It is ok to change Reiki Master if that is what you are drawn to do.

Each Reiki Master has a different Reiki experience and will differ with teaching styles.

At anchorhaven, Julia is open to receiving students from other lineages.

i would like to learn reiki level one and two at the same time is that possible?

It is not recommended as it is important for your body to have some time to integrate the energies. Please contact Julia to discuss options.

I enjoyed the course and would like to repeat it, is that possible?

Yes, at anchorhaven you can repeat any course for half price.

Each time you may pick up on new information and receive additional guidance.

Usui Reiki Level 1 Practitioner Training Certificate Course

This foundational level one Reiki one day course is open to all and is the first level of your Reiki journey.

You will learn:

The precepts and foundational pillars of the Usui Reiki system of natural healing.
Reiki for self healing,
Reiki for healing friends and family,
Grounding, Centering and Protecting your energy,
Personal and Home Cleansing Reiki techniques,
Your Reiki questions answered.
You will give and receive a Reiki treatment during the day.

This is an IPHM accredited Reiki course.

Assessment Required: Continuous observation and feedback, performance of one self healing Reiki treatment with case study write up and one client Reiki treatment with case study write up.

Home work required: None

Usui Reiki Level Two Practitioner Certificate 2 day Course

This weekend course reiki training refreshes your Level One skills and Introduces you to Level two Practitioner training and working with the Sacred Reiki Symbols.

Must have completed a Reiki Level One Certificate.

Each day you will give and receive treatments.

IPHM accredited course - Assessment required.

2 days practical training, continuous assessment and feedback, verbal assessment,

performance of 2 or more Reiki treatments and written case study submission.
